     The American Alliance to End Handicapped Parking Abuse, is an interstate collaboration of concerned citizens united to support people who are disabled, in seeking to enjoy the dignity of personal independence, unimpeded by Handicapped Parking violators, and government systems which fail to protect this large segment of society.
